Okay, I haven’t really had time except in-between Band Hero, DJ Hero and Singstar with mates to work more on Daven. Here’s his progress so far. I’ve moved his arm and leg so he looks more natural now than the originally intended wacky pose.
Many thanks to the bf for holding the apple so I can see how the hand holds one. XD
And yes, it’s all painted on one layer. The top layer is my scribble layer and the bottom layer is the original sketch.

Nice to watch the detail come along. This pose is certainly more natural but there was something very cool and fashion photography like about the dramatic pose from before.
Also… my desktop died dramatically last week… =/ It’s living on borrowed life at the moment till parts come in…

Yes, I will miss his previous pose. It was loud, perhaps forced but I liked it. He was also meant to be sitting down. But it’s still all changeable. Except maybe for his arm. I’m quite happy with his arms for now.
And sad news about your desktop. : ( At least you have muu around to help~ all your data is safe tho’?

The pic looks great! I don't usually give crit unless I have to, but I believe you've been working hard on this pic and it warrants the attention. I think his left shoulder (the one farthest from the viewer) needs to be extended. It looks foreshortened at the moment, and his upper torso is not at a severe enough angle to warrant that much foreshortening.
Just wanted to pop in to give you encouragement and to let you know that I've been dropping in from time to time to watch your stuff improve! I give Ann love/crit via MSN but I don't always manage to catch you. : (
